The CEO of Andrade & Associates is Sally J. Andrade. She has implemented several major research projects related to community health promotion and creation of accountable educational systems, as well as publishing in both arenas. Dr. Andrade earned her Ph.D. in Community Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin. Her undergraduate degree in International Affairs/Latin American Studies is from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, and she was also awarded a master's degree there in Comparative Governments. In addition, she has an M.A. in Social Psychology from Trinity University
In addition to the CEO who has extensive planning, evaluation, and training experience in both the public and non-profit sectors of the U.S. and Latin America, the staff includes a computer scientist who manages our databases and web design; a statistician who coordinates data collection and analyses; and an administrative assistant who is responsible for document production. We contract with other professionals as needed for particular projects.
