Andrade & Associates staff generates organizational interventions based on coordinated planning and evaluation methodology. We provide customized services in consultation with the organization's leaders, staff, and clientele, after a mutual diagnosis of organizational assets, issues, and the potential benefits from technical assistance. This can include
Assessment: We work with an organization to clarify the target community's resources and needs, as well as to review its institutional mission, goals and objectives, administrative structure, staffing, funding, outreach strategies, information systems, and feedback and documentation mechanisms.
Design: Typically, we integrate both highly structured techniques that produce quantitative data and more flexible methods that generate qualitative, in-depth information. The goal is to portray the complexities of a community's or an organization's essential issues, not to apply a standardized evaluation or measurement approach.
Surveys: Our firm can develop a customized questionnaire to be a mail-out survey or to be administered on site. Other options include a telephone survey interview or a web-based survey for individuals who have ready access to the Internet.
Interviews: Different approaches include facilitated teleconferences for group brainstorming and planning sessions, individual telephone or personal interviews, focus groups facilitated by our staff in appropriate locations, site visits, and observational studies.
Collaboration: On occasion, we will partner with larger institutions or agencies to assist in policy development and applied research projects of special relevance to our firm's mission.
Training: We also specialize in providing staff and community training in multicultural - bilingual planning and evaluation methods to enhance organizational capacity.
